Software License Terms

1) License and ways of obtaining

This software (“Application”) may be licensed to you in two main ways:

(a) through the Microsoft Store, linked to your Microsoft account; or

(b) through other official channels of the developer, such as downloads from the official website, authorized distributors, or installers provided directly by our support team.

If the license is obtained via the Microsoft Store, your rights to download, install, and use the Application are governed by:

1. the Standard Application License Terms (or any other terms shown for this product in the Microsoft Store); and

2. this summary, which is for informational purposes only.

In the event of any conflict, the terms provided by Microsoft in the Store shall prevail.

If the license is obtained through other official channels, your usage rights are governed by:

1. the license agreement, proof of purchase, or equivalent document that accompanied the product; and

2. this summary.

In the event of any conflict, the specific documents that accompanied your purchase shall prevail.

Regardless of how it is obtained, the license is personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable, authorizing the use of the Application solely for the legitimate activities of your business or organization, in accordance with its features and technical limitations.

If the Application is acquired through the Microsoft Store, after purchase the license is linked to your Microsoft account. If your computer is replaced, reformatted, or you acquire a new compatible device, you will be able to download and reinstall the Application again at no additional cost, by using the same Microsoft account, subject to the policies, device limits, and usage rules defined by Microsoft.

In other forms of distribution, the right to reinstall and access new installers depends on the conditions informed at the time of purchase (for example, customer area, download link, or other means of license verification accepted by support).

2) Permitted use

You may use the Application to support the operational, administrative, and management activities of your own business or organization, within the features provided.

The following, among others, are not permitted:

- redistributing, reselling, renting, sublicensing, or making the Application available to third parties as a hosted service (for example, software-as-a-service for multiple clients), unless expressly authorized in writing by the developer;

- bypassing, disabling, or attempting to circumvent any legitimate licensing, activation, account protection, access control, or technical limitation mechanism, whether from the Microsoft Store or the developer itself;

- performing reverse engineering, decompilation, modification, or any other attempt to access the source code beyond what is expressly allowed by applicable law.

Any unauthorized use, including copies, installations, or distributions obtained through unofficial means, may violate intellectual property rights and result in termination of the license and possible legal measures.

3) Data and backups

Regardless of the distribution channel, the operational data processed by the Application (records, registrations, configurations, histories, etc.) are, as a rule, stored locally on your device or in a location indicated by you, unless the Application itself offers – and you choose to enable – integration with external services (such as cloud storage or remote databases).

The Application may create automatic backup copies in different locations on the same device in order to reduce the risk of data loss. Nevertheless, you remain fully responsible for:

- maintaining additional backup routines (such as copies on external media, servers, cloud services, or other resources of your choice); and

- any data loss resulting from hardware failures, operating system problems, viruses, misuse, disk formatting, power outages, improper use, or other factors external to the Application.

4) Support, updates, and reinstallation

Updates, fixes, and new versions of the Application, when made available, may be distributed:

- through the Microsoft Store, when the license has been obtained via that channel; and/or

- through other official channels (official website, customer portal, direct contact with support, among others), when the license has been acquired through such means.

For purchases through the Microsoft Store, updates follow the publication, distribution, and availability policies defined by Microsoft.

For licenses obtained through other official channels, access to updates, fixes, and improvements will follow the conditions informed at the time of purchase or subsequently communicated by the developer.

The developer may, at any time, improve, modify, or remove features of the Application to enhance stability, security, performance, or compatibility, without this implying any additional license fee, unless expressly indicated in a new product or module offering.

This summary is for informational purposes only and does not replace:

(a) the Microsoft Store terms applicable when the license is obtained there; or

(b) the license agreement, proof of purchase, or equivalent document that accompanies the product when acquired through other official channels.
