The R3Suite Hotel interface is straightforward and organized, with clearly defined modules for Guests, Rooms, Reservations, Stays, Services, Products, and Reports. This structure reduces staff training time and makes daily operation more predictable, standardised, and easier to audit.

The system is prepared to operate with an intelligent biometrics module, enabling fast and secure guest identification by fingerprint. The solution is designed to integrate with fingerprint readers from manufacturers such as SecuGen, HID DigitalPersona, Suprema, ZKTeco, Futronic, and Nitgen, when used with a compatible SDK in a Windows environment.

The biometric flow can be automated (depending on the reader module in use): when a fingerprint that is not yet registered is read, the system opens the New Guest screen; if the fingerprint belongs to an already registered guest, the system directs you to the Reservations screen; and, if there is an active stay for that guest, the system goes directly to Check-out, reducing clicks, service time, and operational errors.
